The Experience
Initial Consultation
We start with a phone call to discuss your goals, the services I offer, and how I can best support your vision.
Concept Design
I create initial concept drawings that capture your vision. Together, we refine the design until it feels just right.
Detailed Plans & Documentation
You’ll receive a comprehensive design package, including floor plans, elevations, millwork details, 3D visuals, and a complete material list with costs, suppliers, and product links. I also prepare installation manuals for your contractor and care guides for you.
Estimate & Agreement
You’ll provide rough measurements and outline the services you’d like. From there, I’ll prepare an estimate and a clear contract with a detailed scope of work.
Material Selections
We’ll source finishes and fixtures through showroom visits or curated samples I bring to you — whichever fits your schedule best.
Collaboration & Site Visits
If you already have a contractor, I keep them in the loop to avoid surprises and ensure accurate costing. I also provide site visits during design and construction to make sure the finished result matches your vision.
